Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return your unit in new condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

How to Return:
Do NOT ship returns without authorization. To keep shipping costs low, we use return centers in Norway, Germany (EU), and USA.

  1. Contact borge@henryaudio.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide the address of the return center nearest to you. Returns are accepted by mail.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  4. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0).
  5. Once received and inspected, we process refunds within 5 business days.

Open Source & Warranty
Henry Audio supports the maker community. Opening the chassis to inspect or modify the hardware will void the warranty. But if anything goes wrong, reach out and we will do our best to help you out.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Covered for up to 5 years. Henry Audio covers return shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by faulty connected equipment, ground loops, lightning strikes, faulty grid power, water ingress etc. are not covered by the warranty.
